This
hasselblad h4d-60 is a great camera for the price. I told my folks that I was going back to Stanford, but really I just leveraged about $30,000 of student loans from Uncle Sam to buy this baby. I ended up spending the entire semester taking photos at fraternity parties. The sensor is big, but not so big that it's unmanageable. The body is extremely resilient and beer-resistant. All in all, a solid purchase. So, I'm thinking about enrolling in a photography class once I go back to school. But I might just pull a double on the feds, and grab another one of these babies to give to my girlfriend. She's really into pictures.

As an inexperience photographer, I had to resort to an SBA loan to
purchase the Hasselblad camera. But my business plan of producing high
resolution "Holga" images for well healed parents with omnivore
children, was far too compelling to be denied. Refused funding by white
shirt bankers, I was not going to be denied! Since, my family lost faith
in me long ago. (around age 6, I think) I applied for the SBA loan. The
Federal Government is an amazingly "forward" thinking entity.
I am having trouble tethering the Hasselblad to my Apple II desktop stored in the family attic.
